Ingredients

BASE

3 packs of @PriBakes cinnamon oaty pockets (1 for the topping)

PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING

2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp agave syrup

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

60g cashew butter (or cashews soaked in hot water)
65g coconut milk (canned, thick white part)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice

CREAMY, CINNAMON CHEESECAKE JARS WITH A POP SQUARE BASE AND PEANUT BUTTER SMOTHERED ALL OVER!

METHOD

  • Crumble 2 packs of oaty pockets in a bowl and fill the two jars with a base
  • Blend all the cheesecake filling ingredients in a high speed blender
  • Fill the jars just below the top
  • Mix the peanut butter topping ingredients in a bowl, and fill each jar with 1 tbsp on top of the cream layer
  • Top with 1 extra pop square each.
