Ingredients

Base

240ml coconut oil (1 cup) refined & melted
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
80ml unsweetened soya milk (1/3 cup)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Small Pinch Turmeric
1/2 tsp Salt

METHOD

  • Add coconut oil and rapeseed (sunflower or veg also work) to a blender
  • Separately mix the milk and apple cider vineager, then add to the blender
  • Add turmeric, salt and nutritional yeast into the blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into butter dish, chill for 4 hours until firm. Perfect for baking or to spread onto toast / bagels
