SPIRULINA, SPINACH, SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE
UnbeLEAVable. The best way to get all your greens in, is in a layered smoothie jar. This month has been manic whilst we've been working on our product launch with @planetorganic, distribution, working on new listings to reach more of you guys (beyond London), marketing, production, finance and all sorts! This is the perfect way to squeeze some greens in when in a rush and on the go!

- 3 frozen bananas
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tsp spirulina
- Splash of plant milk (optional)
- Blend the bananas with a handful of spinach and set aside half of the mixture (light green part) - add in a splash of plant milk if you're having trouble blending
- Blend the spirulina into the remaining half mixture (dark green part)
- Layer your jar with 1 tbsp of spinach nicecream, yoghurt and spirulina nicecream, alternating to create your desired effect!
