INGREDIENTS

AMARANTH BASE

  • 30g popped amaranth
  • 3 tbsp date syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

NICECREAM

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp spirulina

      METHOD

      • Melt the coconut oil
      • Mix the amaranth base ingredients and press firmly into mini muffin moulds
      • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes whilst you make the nicecream
      • Blend frozen bananas and spirulina on high speed until smooth*
      • Use a piping bag to swirl on top
