Despite being in a city of plantbased heaven over the last few days, its good to be home wherr I can whip up some thick and fluffy, blueberry pancakes this weekend. There's nothing like a homemade breakfast!

  • 1 banana
  • 100g oats
  • 70g blueberries
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder


      • Blend all pancake ingredients until smooth and bright purple
      • Heat a frying pan and spray with coconut oil, fry on medium heat for approximately 1 minute
      • When the top side starts to bubble and flip, cooking the 2nd side for 1 minute
      • Stack up and serve with toppings of your choice (I used agave syrup and bananas)
