INGREDIENTS
COOKIE DOUGH (makes approx 18-20 squares)
- 100g oat flour
- 75g coconut flour
- 40g agave/maple syrup
- 70g melted coconut oil
- Pinch of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
- 80g peanut butter
- 70g agave/maple syrup
- 20g coconut oil
- Pinch salt
METHOD
- Melt coconut oil
- Mix all cookie ingredients until dough forms
- Press into baking tray or tiffin box
- Freeze whilst you make the fudge
- Heat peanut butter fudge ingredients on low heat until melted ~ 2 minutes
- Pour over base and freeze for 1 hour or until fudge solidifies
