INGREDIENTS
COOKIE CUPS (serves 10)
- 110g oat flour or almond flour (1 cup)
- 30 date syrup (1/12 cup or 20 ml)
- 30g coconut oil (1/8 cup)
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil and mix up base ingredients until dough forms
- Press into a cupcake moulds and freeze for 15 minutes
- Pour oat milk into tarts and TAKE A SHOT! ⠀
