CRUNCH BAR
When in need of a chocolate pick me up, try whipping up these protein packed, 3 ingredient crunch bars. Here is a delicous super quick and easy recipe and you probably have these in your kitchen cupboard!!

INGREDIENTS
- 200g choc
- 45g krispies (rice krispies, brown rice krispies, protein krispies, popped quinoa or popped amaranth, your choice!)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
METHOD
- Melt the choc
- Stir in the peanut butter
- Combine the krispies, pour into a square tray (2-3cm thick) , freeze for 10 minutes, slice into 6 rectangles and dig in!
