CINNAMON POP SQUARE PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKES
Smooth creamy oatmeal, topped with lots of peanut Butter, Pri's Puddings Peanut butter pie, shredded coconut and freeze dried raspberries🍓🍇. I make oatmeal using oat flour for a much smoother dessert-like texture.

INGREDIENTS
BASE (makes 2)

3 packs of @prispuddings cinnamon Pop squares (1 for the topping) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
PEANUT BUTTER TOPPING - 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp agave syrup
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
CREAM CHEESE LAYER - 60g cashew butter (or cashews soaked in hot water)
- 65g coconut milk (canned, thick white part)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
METHOD
- Crumble 2 packs of Pop Squares in a bowl and fill the two jars with a base
- Blend all the cheesecake filling ingredients in a high speed blender
- Fill the jars just below the top
- Mix the peanut butter topping ingredients in a bowl, and fill each jar with 1 tbsp on top of the cream layer
- Top with 1 extra pop square each.
