INGREDIENTS

  • 240ml coconut oil (1 cup) refined & melted
  • 2 Tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 80ml unsweetened soya milk (1/3 cup)
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Small Pinch Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Salt

    METHOD

    1. Add coconut oil and rapeseed (sunflower or veg also work) to a blender
    2. Separately mix the milk and apple cider vineager, then add to the blender
    3. Add turmeric, salt and nutritional yeast into the blender and blitz until smooth
    4.Pour into butter dish, chill for 4 hours until firm. Perfect for baking or to spread onto toast / bagels
