5 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES

INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 120g peanut butter (can also sub for almond butter)
- 110g maple / agave
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 60g chocolate chips
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Mix all ingredients (excl chocolate chips) in a blender, or in a bowl ensuring banana is mashed until smooth
- Pour into a small baking tray (mine was 15cm x 10cm)
- Cover in chocolate chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing or digging in with a spoon!
