4 INGREDIENT TAHINI COOKIES 🍪

Obsessed with these crumbly, nutty, melt in your mouth Tahini Cookies I made last week. They're super simple, require 4 simple ingredients and are totally grain free!

INGREDIENTS

  •  130g tahini
  • 65g coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 25g chocolate chips

      METHOD

      •  Preheat your oven to 180C and line your tray with greaseproof paper
      • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients excluding the chocolate chips
      • Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips
      • Using your hands, form 6 balls of cookie dough and place in the tray. Flatten each ball with your palm so that you have cookies ~ 0.8 thick
      • Bake for 12 minutes until golden and allow to cool before dunking in milk 🤤
