INGREDIENTS
AMARANTH BASE
- 30g popped amaranth
- 3 tbsp date syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
NICECREAM
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp spirulina
METHOD
- Melt the coconut oil
- Mix the amaranth base ingredients and press firmly into mini muffin moulds
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes whilst you make the nicecream
- Blend frozen bananas and spirulina on high speed until smooth*
- Use a piping bag to swirl on top
