- 1 banana
- 100g oats
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 150ml plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
TOPPINGS- Peanut butter caramel
- Coconut cream
- Melted chocolate
- Dessicated coconut
- Cacao nibs
- Caramelised bananas
- 1 packet of @prispuddings Cashew Pies
METHOD
1.Blend all pancake ingredients excl baking powder until smooth, rich and chocolatey
2. Stir in baking powder
3. Heat a frying pan and spray with coconut oil, fry on medium heat for approximately 1 minute
4. When the top side starts to bubble and flip, cooking the 2nd side for 1 minute
5. Stack up and serve with toppings of your choice
6. For the peanut butter caramel - mix 4 tbsp of peanut butter with 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp agave syrup (maple or date syrup)
