Ingredients

Base

80g oat flour
15g vegan protein powder (I used @myvegan vanilla)
1 tsp baking powder
120ml plant milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened)
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

TOPPINGS

@jimjams_spreads Vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
1x @PriBakes Cashew butter pie
Maple syrup
Vegan whipped cream (@instafoodheaven)

Weather may look gloomy but these pancakes will most definitely brighten up your day☺️

METHOD

  • Add the apple cider vinegar to the plant mix and leave to sit for a few minutes
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
  • Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk till clump free
  • Place a pan on the hob at low-medium heat and pour desired amount of batter in the pan
  • When the top starts to bubble flip pancake and leave for a few more minutes
  • Repeat for the remaining amount of batter then add toppings once plated and devour😋
