CHICKPEA WAFFLES
6 ingredient soft and fluffy protein packed waffles. I whipped these up in literally 2 minutes (+ 2 minutes cooking time) and they're delicious sweet or savoury! Sweet with maple, choc chips, banana and berries or savoury with hummus, avocado and harissa!

INGREDIENTS
- 110g chickpea flour (3/4 cup)
- 240g plant milk (1/2 cup)
- 30g mushed bananas (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Picnch of salt
TOPPINGS
- Maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
- Banana
- Freeze dried raspberries
METHOD
- Blend together all the ingredients.
- Cook in a preheated waffle iron (sprayed with oil) until golden brown.
- Pile them up, add toppings, drizzle with maple, and dig in!
