When in need of a chocolate pick me up, try whipping up these protein packed, 3 ingredient crunch bars. Here is a delicous super quick and easy recipe and you probably have these in your kitchen cupboard!!

  • 200g choc
  • 45g krispies (rice krispies, brown rice krispies, protein krispies, popped quinoa or popped amaranth, your choice!)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


    • Melt the choc
    • Stir in the peanut butter
    • Combine the krispies, pour into a square tray (2-3cm thick) , freeze for 10 minutes, slice into 6 rectangles and dig in!
