INGREDIENTS

  •  100g oat flour
  • 100g buckwheat flour
  • 120ml date syrup
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

TOPPINGS

  • Sticky date caramel (100g dates, 100g date syrup, 3-4tbsp peanut butter, 4 tbsp melted coconut oil)

      METHOD

      • Mix all dry cake ingredients
      • Add in milk and date syrup
      • Scoop into muffin cases
      • For the date caramel, blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth
      • Make a hole in the centre of each muffin and stuff with salted date caramel
      • Bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes
      • Allow cakes to cool and top with sticky date caramel
