INGREDIENTS

  • 160g oat flour
  • 260g peanut  butter
  • 200g agave syrup
  • 35g coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

CHOCOLATE GANACHE

  • 60g coconut oil
  • 30g cacao powder
  • 60g agave syrup

      METHOD

      • Melt the coconut oil, and mix together all base ingredients
      • Press the peanut butter fudge base into a tin and freeze for 30 minutes whilst you make the chocolate layer
      • Melt the coconut oil, and stir in the remaining ingredients, pour over the peanut butter fudge and refrigerate for 30 minutes
      • Slice and bite in, or cut into cubes and use as toppings on your morning oats, smoothie bowl, granola, toast or pancakes!
