HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE,
Peanut butter and dark chocolate flavours ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mastering homemade chocolate has been a challenge but after tips from a kind soul (shout out to EMMA) at @consciouschocolate last weekend @veganlife_live@veganlife_mag, I’ve been able to nail it!

INGREDIENTS

  •  60g cacao butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 40g cacao powder
  • 2bsp carob powder
  • 5 tbsp date syrup

      METHOD

      • Melt cacao butter in a Bain Marie
      • Add coconut oil and melt
      • Add cacao powder and Caron powder
      • Stir in until smooth
      • Mix in date syrup and vanilla stirring continuously until combined
      • Pour into mould and leave in the freeze for 30 minutes to set
