Crunch bars were high up there and so I gave them a go! Here is a delicous super quick and easy, protein packed crunch bar recipe made with only 3 ingredients. So delicious it melts in your mouth!!

  • 200g choc
  • 45g krispies (rice krispies, brown rice krispies, protein krispies, popped quinoa or popped amaranth, your choice!)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


    • Melt the choc
    • Stir in the peanut butter
    • Combine the krispies, pour into a square tray (2-3cm thick) , freeze for 10 minutes, slice into 6 rectangles and dig in!
