CHOCOLATE GANACHE TART 🥧

This is where a little artistry needs to be emulsified with science in your kitchen (ganache pun intended)

INGREDIENTS

BASE⠀⠀⠀

  • 220g oat flour
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 70g date syrup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

FILLING

  • 60g chocolate
  • 120g coconut cream

      METHOD

      • Melt coconut oil
      • Mix together base ingredients
      • Press into cupcake moulds of your choice
      • Freeze whilst you make the filling
      • Mix all filling ingredients in a saucepan on low heat
      • Fill pies with filling mixture
      • Top with cacao nibs and desiccated coconut for decoration
      • Serve with a scoop of banana nicecream!
