CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER CARAMEL PANCAKES 🥞

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 150ml plant milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
TOPPINGS

  • Peanut butter caramel
  • Coconut cream
  • Melted chocolate
  • Dessicated coconut
  • Cacao nibs
  • Caramelised bananas
  • 1 packet of @prispuddings Cashew Pies

      METHOD

      • Blend all pancake ingredients excl baking powder until smooth, rich and chocolatey
      • Stir in baking powder
      • Heat a frying pan and spray with coconut oil, fry on medium heat for approximately 1 minute
      • When the top side starts to bubble and flip, cooking the 2nd side for 1 minute 
      • Stack up and serve with toppings of your choice
      • For the peanut butter caramel - mix 4 tbsp of peanut butter with 1 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tbsp agave syrup (maple or date syrup)
