BLACKBERRY BANANA SUNDAE

The perfect way to cool down on a hot spring day. I'm enjoying this blackberry banana sundae in the garden today whilst I catch the last of the sun 🌄🍨

INGREDIENTS

  •  3 frozen bananas
  • 100g frozen blackberries
  • Splash of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yoghurt

TOPPINGS

  • Blackberries
  • Dessicated coconut 
  • Blackberry chia jam
  • Blueberry powder

      METHOD

      • Blend banana, mik and berries together on high speed until smooth
      • Fill smoothie glass / jar and top with a tablespoon of yoghurt (I used @coyo)
      • Decorate with toppings of your choice
