INGREDIENTS
- 50g oats
- 200ml plant based milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened)
- 75g pumpkin purée (add more if you want a stronger pumpkin taste)
- 35g vegan protein (I used @vivolife salted caramel)
- 10g chia seeds

1tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
TOPPINGS - 1 pack @prispuddings peanut butter pie
METHOD
- Add protein powder to milk and whisk until smooth
- Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon powder and protein milk mixture to the saucepan or bowl if using a microwave
- Cook oats on a medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until desired level of thickness. Alternatively, 1-3 minutes in the microwave according to your oats cooking instructions.
