INGREDIENTS
- 230g Raw Cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour, 1.5 cups)
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 120ml Coconut Cream (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 Cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil or dill (Optional)
- 2-4 tbsp nutritional yeast (according to taste)
METHOD
- Soak cashews in boiling water for 1 hour
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor
- Serve with rye crackers, toasted bagels and top with fresh basil
