CHOC HAZELNUT PROTEIN PANCAKES WITH CASHEW PIES🥧

Weather may look gloomy but these pancakes will most definitely brighten up your day☺️

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g oat flour
  • 15g vegan protein powder (I used @myvegan vanilla)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 120ml plant milk (I used @mightypeauk unsweetened)
  • 1tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

       TOPPINGS

    METHOD

    1. Add the apple cider vinegar to the plant mix and leave to sit for a few minutes
    2.Mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl
    3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk till clump free
    4. Place a pan on the hob at low-medium heat and pour desired amount of batter in the pan
    5. When the top starts to bubble flip pancake and leave for a few more minutes
    6. Repeat for the remaining amount of batter then add toppings once plated and devour😋
